Cake balls are delicious, golf-ball sized pieces of cake that are blended with icing, shaped to form a ball and then dipped in a rich and creamy chocolate coating. This 1.25 inch round morsel is the perfect size to balance the ratio of cake to icing to chocolate coating.

Are cake balls fully cooked?
Yes. The cake in our cake balls is fully baked. The cake is then blended with icing, which creates a doughy consistency. This is what makes the cake balls super moist and delicious.

How many cake balls do I need per person?
We recommend 1.5 to 2.5 per person depending on whether there are other desserts available.

How do I store cake balls?
When your cake balls arrive, store them in the refrigerator. It?s important to refrigerate them upon arrival so they stay fresh. Cake balls are best served slightly chilled. If they arrive to you at room temperature, it?s okay. Just pop them in the fridge to chill.

How long can I store cake balls?
Cake balls have a shelf life of a few days at room temperature and can be stored for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator?. if you have that much will power. We do not recommend freezing your cake balls as that may affect the flavor of the chocolate outer coating.

Where are the cake balls made?
Our delicious cake balls are made at my home in Columbiaville, Michigan. Each cake ball is lovingly made by hand over a 2-day process.

How much is shipping and handling?
Our shipping rates depend on the weight of the package and also the destination address.

What are your hours of operation?

How well do cake balls hold up outside?
Humidity and temperatures above seventy degrees have long been the enemies of chocolate confections everywhere and cake balls are no exception. Weather can be unkind on both these fronts so we recommend keeping cake balls in an indoor, climate controlled location. If your event will be taking place outdoors, keep your cake balls refrigerated until just before serving.

What allergen information should I know about?
In our kitchen, cake balls are either potentially exposed to or contain wheat, eggs, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy.

Yes. We love weddings! We currently offer a number of different options for the numerous events surrounding weddings. Showers, rehearsal dinners, guest favors, thank you gifts for those working to make your day special are just a few ways to utilize our cake balls. Using cake balls as your dessert for your reception, whether it be the main dessert or as part of a dessert assortment, will be something that your guests will talk about for a long time.
